In most cases your QCLGA plays their weekly tournaments on Thursdays.  The tournament will not be cancelled because of predicted “bad” weather and cancellation will not occur until the morning of the tournament.  The tournament may be cancelled for but not limited to the following reasons:

1.  There are less than 16 players signed up to play. The remaining participants may play on the course that day but no organized tournament will be available.  You must coordinate your play with the Pro Shop.
2. If extremely high winds occur on the day of play and the Pro Shop advises no play because of the possibility of balls being blown off their marks on the green.
3. If there is an accumulation of standing water on the course making it difficult to find proper relief areas.
4. The course has been closed by the Pro Shop.
5. Every effort will be made to post the closure notice on the “course conditions” line at 520-393-5817 so please call before you come to the course.
