CANCELLING YOUR QCLGA SIGN-UP.  

Golf Genius Portal (website and mobile app)

• Login to our Golf Genius portal      www.golfgenius.com or open the Golf Genius mobile app.
• Enter your Golf Genius Identification (GGID) which was assigned to all members at the beginning of each year.  Do not use your email address to sign in.  You must use your assigned GGID. For mobile app users: Log out if your mobile app is open from previous event and then select: Member Portal>Home>Round Signup
• Select your name from the scroll down menu under “Upcoming Rounds”.
• Click “Next”.
• Click “Cancel Signup”
• Click “Confirm”
• you will see a confirmation message confirming your cancellation and you will receive a Golf Genius email confirming cancellation.
• Sign out

Using your Golf Genius Email Invite
If you still have your Golf Genius confirmation email from signing up, you can also cancel from that confirmation email.  Example:

“Hi Deborah,
Your registration for QCLGA 2025 – Low Gross (Thu, December 18) is confirmed.
You can change your registration through the link below:”

To cancel your registration click on the “Not Playing”.
