The QCLGA has three Special Competitions each year that require qualifiers to be played in conjunction with our regularly scheduled events. These qualifiers occur in the months of January – September. Below is a list of the Special Competitions that the QCLGA sponsors. The Tournament Committee provides a Low Gross/Low Net results report to the tournament organizer following each qualifier. If you wish to qualify for these special events, you must complete all holes that day.
Additional information on these Special Competitions is also available on our Website under OUTSIDE PLAY.
STATE MEDALLION TOURNAMENT
QCLGA members are automatically signed up for the local State Medallion qualifiers. The player who obtains the lowest two gross scores and the player who obtains the lowest two net scores will qualify to play in the State Medallion Tournament in mid-January at a course designated by the AZ Golf. Players need not participate in all four qualifiers to be eligible and will be notified of their eligibility after the last qualifier event.
